ABSI was engaged to perform a comprehensive Roof Condition Assessment for 4800, 4810, 4820 & 4830 Sheppard Ave. E., Toronto ON. The low-rise buildings house offices, retail, and professional services.
Our scope of services included destructive and non-destructive inspections and testing on the existing roofing assemblies, including cut tests to determine the composition of the existing roof assemblies and their conditions, as well as non-destructive night-time thermographic IR-Scans to determine the presence of moisture or areas of concern. A final report was provided that detailed our findings, provided recommendations for repairs and on-going maintenance, and provisional budgets for all recommendations and future planning.
