ABSI was engaged by Blackwood Partners Corporation to perform Roofing Consulting Services for 541 Kipling Avenue, Toronto ON. The interior of the building is used for office space, commercial operations and storage of material/goods.
ABSI provided full working drawings and specifications for the complete removal and disposal of all roofing components, and the installation of a new roofing system. Modifications to all mechanical rooftop unit curbs/structural frames were required for the proper installation of new flashing membrane, metal flashing and trims.
