Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) retained the services of Accent Building Sciences Inc. (ABSI) to perform a Roof Rehabilitation and Replacement at Thistletown II (11 townhouse blocks), located at 1801-1827 Martin Grove Road, Toronto, Ontario.
Our scope of services included destructive and non-destructive inspections and testing on the existing roofing assemblies, including cut tests to determine the composition of the existing roof assemblies and their conditions. A final report was provided that detailed our findings, provided recommendations for repairs and ongoing maintenance, and provisional budgets for all recommendations and future planning.
ABSI provided full design, contract documents, and project administration for an entire roof.
