ABSI undertook the Roof Design and Project Management of a Roof Replacement for an office building in downtown Toronto, ON. The 5-storey building was constructed in 1985.
ABSI provided full working drawings and specifications for the complete removal and disposal of all roofing components, and the installation of new roofing system. Modifications to all mechanical rooftop unit curbs/structural frames were required for the proper installation of new flashing membrane, metal flashing and trims.
The Canadian Hearing Society retained Accent Building Sciences Inc. in 2017 to undertake a complete Building Condition Assessment at 271 Spadina Road, Toronto, ON. The property is located on the east side of Spadina Road, just south of Davenport Road. The commercial/institutional development consists of a 5-story building structure containing a two-level underground parking for 52 vehicles. The building is occupied by a single tenant, The Canadian Hearing Society.
