ABSI has been working with the City of Toronto since 2002. In this time, ABSI has worked with the City to provide Building Condition Assessments on a range of City of Toronto-owned facilities, including - recreational facilities, parks, and municipal yards.

In addition, the mandate included structural review of all pool and arena facilities, as well as developing a Roof Inventory Planning Program. ABSI undertook an accessibility audit for all City of Toronto properties and established an Accessibility Master Plan.
