1155 Bough Beeches Blvd is located in Mississauga, ON. The 14-storey condo with 2-level underground parking garage was originally constructed in 1989. In 2016, ABSI began working with the property manager to undertake condition assessments, as well as design, and management of rehabilitation work on various elements of the building exterior, including the replacement of the main flat roof, and rehabilitation of the garage roof deck, overburden, and waterproofing, with restorative work to impacted exterior pavement and landscaping elements. The project was phased over 3 years to accommodate overall planning and budgets for the condo corporation.
