Clintwood Non-Profit Housing Co-operative consists of town house developments comprised of 4 similar townhouse buildings with an office located at 12 - 1978 Victoria Park Ave., Scarborough, ON. The property is comprised of 63 three- storey residential townhouses (including the basement level). The townhouses are clustered into groups of 16 townhouses at each building. The total building gross area is 119,880 sq.ft., with 104,777 sq.ft. for the residential areas.

The common areas of basement levels of the townhouses include utility rooms and generally unfinished multi-purpose spaces. The first levels include a living area and kitchen. The second levels include 2 or 3 bedrooms and a washroom. The site has 2 above ground parking areas available for visitor and tenant parking. There are for 46 stalls available at the Southwest parking (accessible from Clintwood Gate) and 43 at the North parking (accessible from Victoria Park Ave).

ABSI provided a Building Condition Assessment on the full facility, including reviewing Energy Savings Options, and provided user-friendly reports that providing recommendations and cost-estimates for a repair and renewal program.
