Accent Building Sciences Inc. was retained by the Board of Directors at Toronto Standard Condominium Corporation #2832 to carry out a First Year Performance Audit of the common elements of the Corporation. The purpose of the audit was to review the as‐constructed common elements with a view on identifying deficiencies (in construction or workmanship), that have warranty coverage under the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act (as administered by the Tarion Warranty Corporation).
