ABSI worked with the Township of Perth East, which comprises of Stratford, Milverton, Shakespeare, Ellice, Mornington, North Easthope and South Easthope to provide Building Condition Assessments on its 35 municipal facilities including emergency facilities, municipal office facilities, community centres, recreation facilities, a library, and public works areas.
ABSI provided data collection for facility components attributes, defects, and overall condition as well as coordinated a detailed inventory of facilities and their components to forecast capital renewal costs of its assets over the next 25 years.
ABSI worked with the Township to provide Building Condition Assessments for 35 facilities, including -
