ABSI was retained by Avison Young to perform a detailed comprehensive Roof Condition Assessment, for roofing assemblies at 300, 302 and 306 Town Centre Boulevard, Markham ON. The buildings form a block of professional offices that total more than 60,000 sf of office and related space. Our team performed visual assessments, destructive and nondestructive surveys of all roof levels. In addition, ABSI performed two roof cut tests on the main roof section A and the lower terrace roof section C. ABSI provided a report detailing our findings, recommendations for repairs and on-going maintenance, and provisional budgets for all recommendations and future planning.
