Co-operative Housing Federation of Canada (CHF) retained the services of Accent Building Sciences Inc.(ABSI) to perform a Building Condition Assessment (BCA) and Reserve Fund Study (RFS) at Stonetown Co-operative Homes, located at 728 Queens Street East, St. Mary’s, Ontario.
This Co-op is a 5 Townhouse Blocks (30 Units) with an Office Unit (Unit 26), and it accommodates 30 residential Units.
ABSI provided a Building Condition Assessment and Reserve Fund Study for the overall Co-Op, and provided a comprehensive report, estimates and life-cycle analysis for a renewal and repair program.
